My husband, some friends and I just returned from the beautiful island of Oahu. He had twelve sunny, warm days there. We stayed at a resort on the west side of the island called KoOlina Marriot Beach Club. It was FABULOUS, to say the least. The rooms, staff and grounds couldn’t have been better. If you plan to visit Oahu, I recommend staying there. The luau that they put on at the resort is a must. It’s called Fia Fia, costs $75.00 per person and is well worth it. We also snorkeled at Hanauma Bay, which was beautiful. We saw sea turtles, an octopus and the most beautiful fish. And you don’t even have to swim too far from shore to see all that.

We also took a catamaran cruise to snorkel and see dolphins. The dolphins were well worth it, but you would be wasting your money if you take the cruise to snorkel. It was not that impressive and you only get about a half hour. Well just thought I would share some helpful tips for those of you traveling to Oahu. Aloha!
