And once again i’m blogging about food!! Possible because food is always on my mind, or because food rules my life. Everyday it’s, what to make for dinner, or lunch? Did I grocery shop? Do I have enough time in the morning to make breakfast? If I don’t, what should I eat on the go? Oooh i’m craving brownies… oooh i’m craving fried chicken…cravings control my life…and I love it. Except the whole getting fat thing, I don’t love that so much. (Neither does my husband, ha!) But seriously the world revolves around food. I tried a new recipe last night. It was Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff. yummo. You can find the recipe at www.allrecipes.com. Easiest think i’ve ever made in the crock pot. Some friends of mine are on Weight Watchers. That seems to be one of the easier diets because you can actually eat something you are craving, you just have to make up for it with a lighter meal later. I have never dieted, and don’t plan on starting. However I am trying to eliminate soda and eat less sweets, we’ll see if that does any good, or if it just makes me crabby! Tootles.
