Beef Stew

It’s that time of year again!! Winter is the best time for making yummy hot meals in the crock pot. The one I tried this week was a new recipe for Beef Stew. You saute 3 onions, pour in some red wine, mix warm water with a packet of french onion soup mix, and throw all that together with carrots potaotes and stew meat thats been browned in a skillet. Let it cook for a few hours and you’ve got a beautiful yummy beef stew that really sticks to your ribs!! (But not in a bad way)
Later i’ll be making a delicious mexican soup that you eat with crunchy soudough bread. But I think i’ve already told you about that recipe so you’ll have to search for that one through my blog page. Don’t overeat!!!
