I visited a friend in Denver this past weekend. What beautiful weather they were having. It got up to 80 degrees one day. Despite the brown dusty color everywhere I actually like the Denver. They have good restaurants, and shopping, and people seemed to be happy and friendly. That was very refreshing. We ate at a place called Jose Oshea’s. It’s a mexican restaurant and oooooh it was good. I highly reccomend it if you’re in the area. Make sure to try the enchiladas with the cream cheese jalepeno sauce….yummo!! We didn’t go on this trip but Boulder is a very cool town. Lots of little shops and interesting people to look at!! Ha. (I’m obviously a people watcher) Boulder has lots of parks, trails, and places to eat. Very quarky little town, but worth the trip by far. You must stop in the store “The Peppercorn”…especially if you enjoy cooking! Well thats my reccomendation for the week! If you need a little get away, Denver is a good choice.
