So I am back and ready to blog… well not really.. I cant think of anything to blog about.
Lets see…. As odd and unusual as it is…I do not have much to say..The year 2010 is almost over… only to begin yet another year. 2011! I always get a bit nervous about the start of a new year.. im not sure why but i just do. But I am also very excited because I am getting married in 2011! Which is a absolutely wonderful way to keep me busy oh…for next to FOREVER. Haha. But really.. this year is going to be quite crazy for me. Im eager but im nervous. Im really enjoying my engagment and im actually really glad that my fiance and I took some time after the engagment to enjoy the new feeling rather than starting to plan the wedding right away. Ive really enjoyed getting to see eachother on a new level..still the same as when dating.. but just still different. The wedding planning process tho… is alot of fun.. but crazy. There are SO many dicisions to make and it really takes team work. I had stopped planning for a while and just browsed ideas so I think when we start planning again.. it will be easier. Maybe I can share a bit of wedding planning advice with other brides to be out there. DONT STRESS. DONT FIGHT ABOUT TRIVIAL MATTERS. COMPROMISE (when its really not all that important to you). and MAKE IT A TEAM EFFORT.. alot of men dont want anything to do with the planning process but remember that your fiance may be one of the ones that DO.. so allow him to help you plan… it makes him a happy fiance and it makes your plate not so full!
Everybody wins! And Just remember… a wedding is only one day..its a special day but still.. only one.. the marriage is the rest of your life! So dont over focus on the big day and forget the importance of the overall big picture..
